Regarding items 2, 3, 4 & 5 we were told 'There is no excuse for cleanliness issues'. 5) There is a sticker on the door frame for the elevator on our floor. 4) Trash (pieces of paper) and cups/glasses in the hallway for our room for 2 1/2 days (they were there when we arrived so I don't know how much longer prior to our arrival that they were there). 3) Inside room windows looked like they had not been cleaned in a few weeks. There's nothing you can do about them.' 2) Bloody mucous on the side of the nightstand. 1) Cockroaches in the main entry hallway. We were there for three days and issues addressed to the staff on the first day were never taken care of.
